Monthly Newsletters for Storybook Families...

January:     The beginning of a new year is a new beginning for us all.  We learn to appreciate clothing, housing and buildings that protect us.  We are thankful that Jesus is always helping others.  He also teaches us to love and help one another.

February:  The objective for the month of February is to teach the children about persons who work for the good health of others. We will help our students to appreciate workers who contribute to the safety and well being of all. God plans for us to grow and be healthy. Health care helpers are workers with God as they care for people by helping them to be well and strong.

March:   We will discuss friendship and what it means to be a friend. We will create a better understanding of God's plan for us to be friends with one another, as well as with all living things.

April:   Recognize farm animals, domestic pets, wild animals and zoo animals.  Begin to identify all animals as Gods creatures and recognize our responsibility for animals.

May:  Provide opportunities for each child to experience God's world.  The children will learn more about what makes up the world in which we live.  They will develop an attitude of responsibility as a part of that world.

Summer:   Storybook has lots of fun things planned.  Special events will take place each day of the week.  We start every day with prayers.  Here is a weekly schedule of events.
